Our mission is to provide pertinent disease information on diseases that are crippling communities in the Caribbean and Caribbean communities in the United States, such as heart disease, diabetes, and hypertension to name a few.

Our goal is to create a sense of urgency and hopefully along the way a movement whereby prevention prevails rather cure.

We hope that the information we provide will impel change by enhancing disease awareness and the way Caribbean communities rally to battle diseases that are destroying families throughout the diaspora.

Baiganchoka Music Discovery Project was launched with the music of Caribbean legend Dave Martins and Tradewinds Band, Sea & B, Heat, the Barefoot Man, Suckerbox and Hi Tide, all from the scenic Cayman Islands.

The intent was to promote Caribbean music to all corners of the globe via the internet.

We openly welcome Caribbean musicians to join us in this project as it evolves.

At the same time we encourage our listeners to tell us which songs they like the most so that we may create a better experience going forward.

Qikurls.com was developed for Caribbean community. Qikurls is a system that allows individuals to post snippets and link-backs to articles found on the web that might be interesting, informative and Caribbean focused. The system was designed with the Caribbean community in mind as an additional means of syndicating content and extending additional life to an article that would otherwise be lost over time on the web.

Qikurls allows the reader to discuss, share, vote and bury an article if it is not to their liking. There are two key areas that the reader is able to find information other than that which is presented on the menu. The two areas i am referring to is “Published News” and “Upcoming News,” and it is where the reader will find all articles that were published and those that are upcoming due to voters appreciation of the article.

We hope the Caribbean community utilizes this tool as a means of sharing information and locate pertinent information that is Caribbean related.
